Warranty Policy

All Dyson  & refurbished Cuisinart sales are considered Final Sale once they have been opened.

Warranty or satisfaction issues can only be resolved by the manufacturer as per their customer care policy.

For hygiene reasons, all Personal Care products and Bedding are considered Final Sale once they have been opened. Manufacturers defects are an exception and will be covered under our 30 day in-store warranty.

Exchange ONLY within 30 days for defective products with either missing packaging, missing accessories, or missing receipt.

Refunds within 30 days, ONLY available on unopened products with original sealed packaging and receipt.

Defect’s will need to be confirmed.

On occasion, a defective unit will need to be left at the store for testing.

On any occasion where an exception to the return policy is made, a 20% service fee will apply.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges to return any goods to us are the customer's responsibility unless the item was shipped in error.
